ALESIA - team building and fun (Télécharger le document word)

Objective

Team building and fun Learn to get to know each other better and develop the company spirit. A breath of fresh air to round off the seminar.

Programme

Alesia is comprised of a variety of challenging games, which are strategy and communication based. These will be set in the woods. Participants will work in teams of 6.

The activities include :

1. "Storming a castle", a game inspired from < chinese whisper >.
2. The "walking quiz", a time management game.
3. "Crash in Balkanistan" : creativity and survival synchronisation no man's land.
4. Other games which involve general knowledge or physical exercise, will stimulate good humoured feelings.

"These fun games will awaken personal qualities focused on team work. Dressed in warm and waterproof clothing, these lively and energetic activities will take place outdoors, even in winter. They are intended for executives between 30 and 60 years old, and no specific physical aptitudes are needed. The number of participants will vary between 10 and 50 people. We find this package to be the most attractive activity, as a complement to seminars or as a performance incentive.

Fee per person

Between 20 Euros and 25 Euros for three hours maximum.

Setting of the activity

a nice forest or the grounds of a castle, for which the surroundings of Spa fit perfectly. The team of multilingual animators, would be ready to go abroad if necessary, (as was the case for Hewlett Packard NL in the Park of Hoge Veluwe). We intend to send 3 animators (one man and two women) for groups of 45 participants devided into 6 or 7 teams.

Optionals

You may combine < Alésia > with a sport or cultural orientated program. For example, 2 hours < Alésia > and 2 hours mountainbiking and/or visiting a museum. Sometimes, we organise these activities indoors, in a hotel lounge or in a congress centre...

Spa Historic Rally (Télécharger le document word)

A quest in small groups by feet. A rally with road book in and around spa forest including a humorous investigation.

A half day itinery. Observation stops and exotic contest based on historical and natural theme's Introduction conference by the guide with the help of a vast amount of good documentation.

Fee 18-25 Euro's per person.
